I’m also a devotee to the Tantric path, and a writer of unflinching accounts of love, longing, and finding oneself while seeking connection.

I’ve always known sex could be so much more than what we’ve been sold by Hollywood, porn, or puritanical religion. At nineteen I was underlining passages from Mantak Chia’s Taoist sexual manuals, and trying to convince my boyfriend to do pranayama during sex. Where many couples settle for “good enough”, I live for lovemaking that feels like a portal to another realm.

My curiosity has pulled me around the world and through decades of study in Eastern philosophy, sexual and somatic embodiment practice, and relationship science, exploring what’s possible through bringing our deepest truth to light in sex and love.

I carried the flame of longing through the numb years of a disconnected marriage and divorce, and let it guide me to the most alive, soul-shaking partnership of my life… deep into a sacred sexuality journey that fuels my joy and expansion every day.

In my writing, I share the transmissions that have blown my mind wide open… from Tantric wisdom, to uncomfortable truths about polarity in modern relationships, to the science of sexuality, the practices that awaken the body, and the kind of communication that transforms love.
