With hippie-artists for parents, and a counter-culture spirit that stretches as far back as I can remember, at nineteen I was underlining passages from Mantak Chia’s Taoist sexual manuals, and trying to convince my first boyfriend to do Pranayama in bed.
I’ve always sensed that sex could be so much more than what we’ve been sold by Hollywood, porn, and puritanical religion. Where many settle for “good enough” sex, I live for lovemaking that feels like a portal to another realm.
I carried the flame of longing through the numb years of marriage and divorce, and let it guide me to the most alive, soul-shaking partnership of my life… deep into a sacred sexuality journey that fuels my joy and expansion every day.
I’m an erotic explorer first and foremost.
I’m also a devotee to the Tantric path, and a writer of unflinching accounts of sex that expands the mind and feeds the soul, and a crafter of the keys to a relationship that delivers. I’ve traveled the world in decades of study in Eastern philosophy, sexual and somatic embodiment practice, and relationship science.
In my writing, I share the transmissions that have blown me wide open… timeless Tantric wisdom, uncomfortable truths about polarity in modern relationships, neuroscience in sexuality, the practices that awaken the body, and the kind of communication that transforms love.
